Virtual Meetings and Classes

E-planet embraces technology and endeavours to utilise it to the full. As a rapidly growing company with branches opening in more
and more countries worldwide, we needed to address our communication requirements and reduce our carbon footprint by minimising
travel; the solution is our own meeting room platform.
Training sessions and meetings are held using the E-planet meeting room to ensure confidentiality and privacy. Participants are
invited to join by simply clicking on the link and can choose to simply listen or actively participate by utilising the microphone or full
video options. Screens can be shared so that all participants have access to presentation slides and videos. In this way E-planet’s
highly experienced training team can run our comprehensive training programs from wherever they are in the world.

Whenever physical classroom-based lessons are unable to take
place, our experienced teaching staff can utilise the meeting
platform to run virtual lessons. Students are invited to join the
room from home and the teacher is able to share the interactive
material with all the students.
